Made to your measurements, to the millimeter
Your pergola is built at the factory to the exact size of your design, not cut down from a stock kit.
We start from your lot: where the house sits, where the sun drops on a summer evening, and how you want to use the space. Then you choose how it gets installed.

How we chose our factory
We visited factories in person, compared how they build, and kept looking until one checked every box.
Our manufacturer makes the Summit Series II for the rain, wind and long wet seasons we get here.
We chose a manufacturer that stands behind what it builds, so you are covered after the install.
Some of the brands you are getting quotes from come out of factories like ours. They just are not ready to tell you that.
We still keep a footprint at the factory. An independent third-party inspector checks every unit we sell, piece by piece, before it ships.
On the factory floor
These are our own photos from the factory floor, where we check the profiles, the finish and the packing in person.

The process
Seven steps from your first design to your backyard. Most projects arrive 10-12 weeks after the deposit.
We measure your space and confirm the design fits.
2-3 weeks. Your deposit takes the design into production.
5-7 weeks. Your pergola ships by sea and clears customs.
Delivery is included in your price.
Yourself, our crew, or a contractor. See the options below.
The right route depends on whether your pergola is freestanding and whether your project needs a permit.
For handy homeowners with a few extra hands.
Your pergola arrives with our step-by-step Installation and Owner's Manual. Our support team is a message away at info@cascadeshelter.store.
Freestanding pergolas only.
Our crew installs freestanding pergolas, so one team handles it from delivery to the first time you open the louvers.
For projects that need a permit.
A contractor installs it and pulls the permit. We supply the documents, certifications and drawings the building department asks for.
Not sure which route fits your project? We sort it out together on your discovery call.
