About Cascade Shelter

It started at home.

Like a lot of families, everything changed for us after 2020. Life slowed down. We spent more evenings at home and more weekends in the backyard, and we realized this was our version of living well.

Hosting friends. Grilling. Sitting under cover while it drizzled, because Pacific Northwest. We wanted to make the most of the space we already owned, especially as family time became more valuable.

What we didn't expect was how expensive it had become to do that well. Enjoying your own backyard should not feel like a luxury.

When we started our own family, that feeling only grew. So we built the thing we wished existed: a factory-direct, built-to-order outdoor room at a price that doesn't need a second mortgage.

You get a confirmed ship date within 48 hours of your deposit. The Build Tracker keeps you posted at every milestone, so you never have to chase us for updates.

The Summit Series Build Guarantee puts our commitments in specific terms: locked ship dates, arrive-right coverage and a 30-day window if anything isn't right.

The problem we're solving

The outdoor structure industry was due for a rethink.

Traditional dealers buy in bulk, store inventory and add a big margin before the product ever reaches you. That means inflated prices, limited sizes and lead times that stretch half a year.

We built Cascade Shelter around a direct relationship with our manufacturer, which has made motorized aluminum louvered systems for more than 12 years. You buy it the same way a dealer would.
